Cranberry Bliss Oatmeal
Easy Cranberry Bliss Oatmeal recipe. This dessert is like your favourite Starbucks treat, but in breakfast form!

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 Tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp dried cranberries
Frosting
- 0.5 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 oz salted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 tsp milk
- 1/4 tsp clear vanilla extract
Toppings
- orange dried cranberries
- additional white chocolate chips
Heat the milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and mix in the white chocolate and dried cranberries. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the frosting ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl, and top with the frosting. Sprinkle some orange dried cranberries and additional white chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
