- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp stevia
- 1/4 cup diced peaches
- 1 tsp heavy cream
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until the milk begins to simmer.
Add in the oats and bring to a boil. Mix in the chia seeds and stevia. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously until thickened.
Top with diced peaches and cream.
