Vital Proteins Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients

cup
boiling hot water
1
scoop
Matcha collagen
1
packet
stevia
5
ice cubes
1/2
cup
milk
of choice
Instructions
In a mason jar, mix together the water, matcha collagen and stevia. Add in the ice cubes.
Pour the milk in a separate mason jar. Cover and shake until frothy.
Pour the frothy milk on top of the matcha and enjoy!
Notes
I have found that almond milk doesn't froth very well using this method. Whole milk or oat milk if you want it dairy free is preferable.
