Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream together the brownie mix, butter, cream cheese and egg until fully combined.
Scoop the mixture into the prepared cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the cookie are slightly hardened.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, cream together the powdered sugar and peanut butter until fully combined. Form the mixture into 1 inch balls, making sure you have 1 for every cookie.
Once the cookies are cooked, immediately place 1 peanut butter balls on top and press down slightly.
Allow to cookies to cool completely.
Once the cookies are cooled, melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth and melted.
Spoon some melted chocolate on top of each cookie, making sure it covers the peanut butter ball. Allow the chocolate to set before storing in an airtight container.
