- 1/2 cup strong brewed tea
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup cooked pearls
Heat the tea and the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats, stevia and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl. Top with the cooked pearls and enjoy!
