Milk Tea Bubble Tea Oatmeal

Easy Milk Tea Bubble Tea Oatmeal recipe. This unique breakfast idea topped with tapioca pearls is actually healthy and can be made vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strong brewed tea
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup cooked pearls

Instructions

  • Heat the tea and the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats, stevia and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour into a bowl. Top with the cooked pearls and enjoy!

Notes

  1. You can make pearls at home using my recipe for Instant Pot Tapioca Pearls.
  2. Use non-dairy milk for a vegan version of this recipe.
