- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats, chia seeds, almond butter and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl, and top with additional almond butter, if desired.
