Maple Almond Butter Latte Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats, chia seeds, almond butter and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  • Pour into a bowl, and top with additional almond butter, if desired.
