Peppermint Chunk Brownie Oatmeal

- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1-2 drops pure peppermint extract
- 3 Tbsp peppermint chunks
In a small saucepan, bring the milk to boil.
Once it starts to boil, add the oats, cocoa powder and sugar. Cook uncovered over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and mix in the peppermint extract. Pour into a bowl and top with peppermint chunks.
