Healthy London Fog Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tea bags Earl Grey
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • ground cinnamon to top drink

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the milk and water over medium heat.
  • Once heated, turn off the heat and steep the tea bags in the hot milk.
  • Remove the tea bags and pour the liquid into a blender. Add in the maple syrup and collagen powder. Blend for around 30 seconds. Pour into 2 mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Notes

  1. You can omit the collagen powder, but the collagen enhances the frothiness of the drink.
