Coffee Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal

- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 Tbsp raisins (+ more for topping)
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats, cinnamon and chia seeds, if using. Mix in the stevia. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When thickened, pour into a bowl. Top with additional raisins, if desired.
