Ingredients
1/2cupstrong brewed coffee
1/2cupmilkof choice
1/2cuprolled oats
1Tbspchia seeds
1Tbspcocoa powder
1Tbsppeanut butter
1packetstevia
1peanut butter cup,chopped
Instructions
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, peanut butter and stevia. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl, and top with the chopped peanut butter cup.
Notes
You can also use cold brew concentrate in place of the strong brewed coffee.
