- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained
- 1 15 oz can black beans NOT drained
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp salted butter
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Turn your Instant Pot to the high saute setting and cook the ground beef until cooked through and no longer pink.
Add in all of the remaining ingredients (as well as the liquid from the black beans) and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. After it is done cooking, perform a quick release. Serve warm.
