Microwave Turmeric Latte Pineapple Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp turmeric golden milk
  • 1 medium pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp coconut chips

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, mix together the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and turmeric golden milk. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, and let stand in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the pineapple in two. Cut out the fibrous core.
  • Pour the oatmeal into the pineapple. Top with coconut chips.
