Microwave Turmeric Latte Pineapple Oatmeal Bowl

- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp turmeric golden milk
- 1 medium pineapple
- 2 Tbsp coconut chips
In a microwave safe bowl, mix together the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and turmeric golden milk. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, and let stand in the microwave for 1 minute.
Using a sharp knife, cut the pineapple in two. Cut out the fibrous core.
Pour the oatmeal into the pineapple. Top with coconut chips.
