Lemon Raspberry Oatmeal

- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- juice of 1 small lemon
- 1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Heat the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats, stevia, chia seeds and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the lemon juice and pour into a bowl. Top with raspberries.
