Vanilla Bean Rawtella Cacao Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cacao butter
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 170g jar Rawtella
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the cacao butter, coconut oil and rawtella in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
  • Mix in the vanilla bean seeds and the maple syrup.
  • Line a muffin pan with 6 silicone muffin cups. Divide the mixture in the silicone cups. Place in the freezer to harden.

Notes

You can use Nutella in place of Rawtella, but the recipe will no longer be vegan.
