Honey Latte Oatmeal
Easy Honey Latte Oatmeal recipe. Made with coffee, oats, chia seeds and topped with yogurt, this makes a quick and healthy breakfast idea.

- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey yogurt
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats, honey and chia seeds, if using. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When thickened, pour into a bowl. Top with yogurt and more honey, if desired.
