- 3/4 cup salted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 medium vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped out
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 Tbsp sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a 19x13 inch baking pan and a 8 inch square baking pan. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, sugar and yogurt until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, and mix until fully incorporated. Mix in the vanilla extract and vanilla bean seeds.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and sprinkles.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Press the batter into the prepared baking pans and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
