Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Easy Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte made with Splenda. Healthier than your typical latte from your favourite coffee shop, this is perfect for fall.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 packet Splenda stevia
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup half and half cream

Instructions

  • In a mug, mix together the coffee, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and spleda until fully combined.
  • Heat the milk and half and half in a microwave safe mug for 1 minute. Froth the milk and cream together with your milk frother or blender.
  • Pour the frothy milk in your mug and sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top.

Notes

  1. You can replace the stevia with 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar.
