Easy 5 Ingredient Baked Chicken Strips

Surprisingly healthy and Easy 5 Ingredient Baked Chicken Strips recipe. Gluten free and so crispy, you will never believe the main ingredient is corn starch

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup Argo® Corn Starch
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch, salt and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken breasts with a thin layer of mayonnaise, then dip the chicken in the cornstarch mixture. Shake off any excess cornstarch and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining chicken strips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Flip, then sprinkle the tops of the chicken with the Parmesan. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
