- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 cup Argo® Corn Starch
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch, salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken breasts with a thin layer of mayonnaise, then dip the chicken in the cornstarch mixture. Shake off any excess cornstarch and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining chicken strips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Flip, then sprinkle the tops of the chicken with the Parmesan. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
