Vanilla Bean Latte Oatmeal

Easy Vanilla Bean Latte Oatmeal recipe. Made with coffee and 5 other simple ingredients, this breakfast porridge is so comforting in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats, maple syrup and the chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat, and mix in the vanilla bean paste. Pour into a bowl and top with yogurt.
