Maple Butter Latte Oatmeal

- 2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp maple butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- whipped cream
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats, maple butter and chia seeds, if using. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When thickened, pour into a bowl. Top with whipped cream and more maple butter, if desired.
