Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal

Healthy Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal recipe. This porridge can be made vegan, it makes a great quick and easy breakfast idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp strawberry jam
  • 1 Tbsp peanuts

Instructions

  • Heat the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  • When thickened, pour into a bowl. Top with peanut butter, strawberry jam and peanuts.
