- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup salted caramel chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, Nutella and the sugars until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Fold in the caramel chips and chocolate chips.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop batter onto the prepared baking sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool completely on baking sheet.
