Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie Bowl recipe for a healthy breakfast. This green smoothie is made with frozen avocado, spinach, apple, pineapple and banana.

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/3 cup frozen avocado
  • 1/3 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup apple slices
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice

Toppings

  • chia seeds
  • fig bar
  • coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour evenly into 2 bowls. Top with chopped fig bars, coconut, granola and chia seeds.
