Berry Peanut Butter Coffee Oats
Easy Berry Peanut Butter Coffee Oats recipe. Topped with hemp hearts, this is one of my favourite oatmeals to make for breakfast or brunch.

- 2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp hemp hearts
Heat the coffee and milk in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a bowl and top with raspberries, blueberries, peanut butter and hemp hearts.
