Hello smoothie bowls!
If you have been following me on Instagram, you will have noticed that I have made my fair share of smoothie bowls. It is my new obsession! It is hard for me to stop myself! And with the weather getting hotter and hotter, I am craving something nice and cold after my morning runs.
This is where all of the smoothie bowls come in!
I have been experimenting with different flavor combinations, and I am convinced that any fruit combination that you can throw into a blender will end up tasting amazing. This one has just been my favourite these past couple of weeks.
And even though it seems like my blender wakes up half the neighbourhood with the noise it makes mixing up my morning smoothies, it is a wake up call that I don't mind giving.
And if I get any angry neighbours complaining, I might just hand them a bowl of their own. What do you think? I definitely wouldn't say no.
Berry Smoothie Bowl
What you'll need:
- 1 banana, cut into coins and frozen
- 1/3 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/3 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1/3 cup cherries, pitted and frozen
- 1 cup milk
- Banana Slices
- Chia Seeds
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into bowls, and top with your favourite toppings.
