Every time I make a cake, I dread making the frosting.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the fact that I can sample the frosting as much as my heart desires (and my heart desires a lot of frosting) but I just hate how much icing sugar I need to put in, and how it would probably be cheaper to buy the frosting in the containers..
Well, I decided that I should just stop complaining, and do something about my frosting crisis. And I’m glad I did.
This frosting was a little runny, I may add more icing sugar next time, but boy was it easy. If you are pressed for time making a cake, I would recommend making this icing.
What you’ll need:
-1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
–1/2 cup powdered sugar
1. Whisk together the ingredients together until fully combined. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Spread over a cake or cupcakes.
