I am ecstatic. I am finally done my exams! Now I can relax...for the two weeks I have before it's back to summer school.
I think that I'm one of those people who get really nervous and jittery when I don't have something to do. Last summer I was teaching myself Russian because I couldn't stand not learning anything. Sadly, I had no time to continue during the school year, so I forgot most of it.
But for these first few days, I just want to relax.
And what better way to relax than with a refreshing smoothie in your hand? This smoothie takes practically no effort to put together, so it's perfect for this relaxing, lazy day.
What you'll need:
-1 cup strawberries, frozen
-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1 cup soy milk
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
