Ah, who doesn’t like Nutella. I think that it is against human nature to hate such a creation. Working as a cashier at Safeway, I would see many people buy tubs and tubs of Nutella, not caring that it’s $8 a pop. They probably could even double the price and people would keep buying it.
Yes, it is another creation that requires only a mug and a microwave as baking tools. I was going to buy whipping cream or something to put on top of it, because then this cake would be KILLER, but I couldn’t wait long enough. I know that if I were to have waited a day longer, all the Nutella would have been gone. You see, I have a problem. I am Cathleen, and I am a Nutella addict. I eat it right out of the bowl, telling myself aloud “alright, this is my last spoonful” as my spoon dives a second, third, forth time into the jar. All involuntarily. My hand has a mind of its own. This is why I can only bake a personal-sized cake with Nutella.
Nutella Mug Cake
What you’ll need:
-1/4 cup flour
–1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-4 tablespoons sugar
-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
-3 tablespoons Nutella
-3 tablespoons milk
-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a large mug.
2. Add the remaining ingredients into the mug, mixing with a fork until all the lumps are gone, and the batter is smooth
3. Microwave for 1 1/2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
